Text tools
Counting, case conversion and readability, without uploads.
Nothing is uploaded. This tool runs entirely inside your browser tab. Your files and figures stay on your device - we never receive them, so we cannot read, store or lose them.
-
Word counter
Count words, characters, sentences and paragraphs as you type, with reading time, speaking time and the most-used words in your text.
-
Character counter
Count characters with and without spaces as you type, and see live progress against SMS, X, meta description and title tag limits.
-
Case converter
Convert text between upper, lower, title, sentence, camel, Pascal, snake, kebab and constant case, plus alternating and inverse case.
Your words are not our business
Text tools are where the privacy question is sharpest. People paste drafts, client work, confidential briefs and unpublished writing into these boxes. Every tool here runs in your browser: there is no request carrying your text anywhere, no autosave, and nothing retained when you close the tab.
Counting that matches what you see
The word counter and character counter count graphemes rather than UTF-16 code units, so an emoji counts as one character and an accented letter counts as one regardless of how it was encoded. That sounds like a technicality until a platform rejects a message you were sure fit.
Case conversion for prose and code
The case converter covers both worlds - Title Case and sentence case for writing, camelCase and snake_case for code. The programming conversions split on capital letters as well as separators, so any convention converts to any other in one step.
Working offline
Once loaded, these tools keep working with no connection at all. They are genuinely useful on a plane, on a train, or anywhere the network is unreliable - which is not something a server-side text tool can offer.
