By using Kalio you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short, because the service is simple: free tools, no account, and nothing of yours held by us.

1. The service

Kalio provides free online tools that run in your web browser. It is operated by PT RHP Cipta Digital. No account is required and no fee is charged.

Because all processing happens on your own device, we do not receive, store or have access to any file or figure you enter. This is described in full in the privacy policy.

2. Use of the tools

You may use these tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. You may not:

• Use them to process material you have no legal right to process.
• Attempt to disrupt the site, or use automated means to place unreasonable load on it.
• Republish the site as your own, in whole or substantial part.

Output you create with these tools is yours. We claim no rights over anything you produce here, and we could not - we never see it.

3. No warranty on results

The tools are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We take accuracy seriously and publish the formulas and assumptions each calculator uses so you can check them. We cannot guarantee that every result is correct, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will suit your particular purpose.

Verify anything that matters. Results from the finance and health calculators are estimates based on published formulas and the inputs you supply. They are not financial, medical, legal or tax advice. See the disclaimer.

4. Your files are your responsibility

Because we never receive your files, we cannot recover them. Keep your own copies of anything important before processing it. Closing or reloading the tab discards everything in progress, permanently.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PT RHP Cipta Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site - including lost profits, lost data or business interruption - whether or not we were advised such loss was possible.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

6. Third-party content

The site links to external resources and, in future, will display advertising supplied by third parties. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Advertisements are not endorsements.

7. Open-source components

These tools are built on open-source software including pdf-lib (MIT), pdf.js (Apache 2.0), qrcode-generator (MIT), fflate (MIT) and Preact (MIT). Each remains subject to its own licence, and we are grateful for all of it.

8. Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and may modify these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the foot of this page. The service is provided without any guarantee of continued availability.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, where PT RHP Cipta Digital is established. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, save where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
